Does Anyone have an idea of what the best driver is printing from a Windows computer to an older c203?

Windows 10 Support Information | Support & Downloads - Business Products | KONICA MINOLTA (https://www.biz.konicaminolta.com/download/compatible/win_10/)
use same site to search whatever flavor windows you have.
i only use PS drivers unless asked otherwise for PCL for whatever reason (like tray calls).
always worked for me from all the way back to the Di620s.

Windows 8.1 driver works on windows 10 to print to the C203,253 and 353.
I am the opposite of Synthohol, I use only PCL drivers. Less problems that way.

I will use postscript drivers whenever possible, if the customer is serious about color. Postscript driver commands will give you so much more control over color rendering.

Keep in mind that many OEMs do not include a postscript license on their equipment, it is an option that you must purchase.
