..,fs6525mfp having a copy quality problem, its copyin ang printing light copy...

..,any suggestion are very much appriciated.

If it's in a dirty environment you could have a dirty polygon mirror inside the laser unit. Not hard to access, underneath the exit cavity.

Again, it's not the laser glass that causes it, it's the 5 sided mirror. Typically a cloudy smudge on each edge of mirror face.

we already clean the glass and even the polygon mirror,
as of yesterday we isolated drum kit, its function well on the other machine..

In the future, please post what you've tried first.

Sounds like this machine is in eco print , hit the function button on the bottom left of the copy screen, go to page 2 and see if eco print is turned on

what have you done to it?

what is total page count?

counts on consumables?

did you clean the laser lens?

you REALLY need to provide more info IF you expect help with your problem!
