Hello,
I have read in the service manuals that problems B and C can be reset by CSRC.


But I have not found an option that allows this. I went into Command> Edit Flag> Under Trouble All Trouble Recover. This option, however, in my opinion, only eliminates the problem symbol in the CSRC but does not send a command to the machine.


I am wrong? Do any of you know something about it? Thanks in advance.

I can tell you that CSRC (or Vcare) with any KM product using email or HTTP newer then the 421 series is all 1 way. There is nothing being sent back to the MFP, so I would say that this is not possible. The B and C ranks can be set to auto reset on the device though (I believe) Emujo

this has always been incorporated into the system, but disabled at the vcare server. vcare was originally csrc.
