hi all.
I've swapped all boards of a bizhub c200 to another c200 body because of the toner system being clogged.
the printer prints perfectly but; when copying full color or autocolor, the copy is printed with dark gray stripes
from one end of the paper to another. The stripes are in groups of 2 fine lines, repeated on the entire sheet
of paper, regardless of the size (tried copying A4 to A3 and the entire A3 paper got printed with lines). Tried firmware
upgrade, gradation adjustment, total clear, still got the lines. In black and white the copy is fine, no lines.
Even changed the scanner from the old machine, still the same problem.
Any ideas? Thanks!

could be the "lines of shame"
try following the installation steps as if it was a new machine.
samples are helpfull too :)

Yes they look like the "lines of shame". On newer models they alternate magenta and cyan color.
I did the installation steps. Inputed time and date, selected the time zone, performed gradation adjustment
(fort all 3 modes) 2 times each. No good. What am I missing?
Scanned a test.

Yup. Those are the lines of shame.

Dig up the original installation checklist and re-do every step in the exact order listed, and that should resolve your issue. Was it really worth it to change every board on a C200? Somehow I can't imagine it. =^..^=

Blackcat4866, it didn't really 😆
But the client wants his c200. So at the
end he'll pay the bill. Tomorrow I'll do
the installation steps (again), hopefully
it will work.
Thanks for the answers guys.

3 times each is the proper procedure.

Count me too when thanking 😁
Although the manual said to let the machine read the chart twice, it was as Synthohol said. Did it 3 timea each and the machine is ok.
The weird part is that it asked for this. I didn't any type of reset, or combining boards, etc. Just moved all electronics and consumables to another body.
Thanks all for your help. And sorry for the late answer.
