i need help pleas, i have a c451 konica minolta it s work well but when i make a phoyocopie ftom the scanner direct it print a small squares on the paper i tried many solutions but nothing works

You might wanna go through the installation instructions again. Sounds like that machine is back at factory settings or something.

The machine has lost it's setting and the initial set up must be done again. This should be done by a qualified technician.
