C454 Paper Skew/Jam from Tray 2

Good afternoon,

I have an issue with a C454 and paper jam/skew from tray 2. This machine has 4 paper trays and they all feed paper apart from tray 2.

I've replace the PF tyres and also swapped the whole pf unit with one from a C224e. Tray 1 is ok but not tray 2. I can't see anything in its path etc.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

whats the jam code? also have you tried swapped the paper tray from T3 or T4?
