Hi All

I have Konica C364e that when copying through the ADF produces a line which turns out to be the trailing edge of the original showing up on the copy....Please see the pics...

Is there anything I can do to blank this?

On the Ricoh's, there used to be a user setting letting you erase by the mm....

Set up the DF correctly in CE mode & you wont get a line.
If in doubt consult the service manual.

Don't move the machine around pushing DF. It's not square to the main body thus you get the line.
Redo DF setup, like new out of a box or follow the correct procedures in SM to adjust DF.

Thank you

Its an end of lease machine I bought and I’m guessing the delivery guy manouvered the machine with the DF..

These DFs will go out of adjustment just by looking at them too hard. But running the adjustments in the (S)ervice (M)anual will fix it up.

looks me to the DF is not in line correctly, loosen the screws on the hinges and adjust the DF
