Bizhub C552 Background

Good evening, I have this problem in a Bizhub C552, obviously it is in the black image unit, the developer comes out of the magnetic roller on the side where the copy is stained, what could it do? Change of developer

1) Get A SERVICE MANUAL
2) READ THE SERVICE MANUAL
3) FOLLOW THE STEPS for said problem mentioned in the SERVICE MANUAL.

Change black drum and / or black dev unit. This happens when you run the drums past their life.

Is that stuff copyrighted?

Yes service manuals are copyrighted but still sold on the internet or sometimes able to get for free. The OEM's rarely pursue criminal charges against people selling their manuals. I guess their thinking is they would rather their machines be able to be repaired with anyone having access to their manuals. Even with the manuals you need some general knowledge of copiers or the manual is worthless. I find the people who try and repair themselves always end up calling a tech to clean up their mess. Ends up costing way more then if they just called a tech in the first place!
