Hello

I got couple of Biz hub c 220 machines with Copy issue (Printouts OK) .Please check attachment.



Any help would be great.

Print out alignment OK copy had issue both ARDF and Flatbed , I didn't try anything .

When was the last time optics were cleaned and stabilization and calibration ran??

#2) demonstrate that you have made some attempt to fix it. =^..^=

Your issue is more than likely the scanner bed has dropped because there is no support at the front left corner. Get your hands underneath the scanner bed and lift it up. It might take a few attempts. I carefully use a car jack in the workshop to resolve this. Hope this helps

Thank you very much for your advice , Scanner bed lift up and problem solved.

yeah i think using a jack onsite at customer's might get you some funny looks

Yeah I hear you about the jack. If I showed up with a jack some of my customers would ask if I could rotate their tires while there:cool:

That’s why I said in the workshop. But seriously this is a massive design flaw since C253 range that has never changed. Kyocera’s are nice and sturdy in that area.
