Quick question, I have a customer with this message machine has stopped printing & i’ve odered a new image unit. This will take a few days to arrive so is there a way to reset or bypass this message so they can print? this this typical of KM to force you to purchase the image units!

dunno if this is a fix-all but looks like some "End of Life" tinkering can be done.

I went back today & installed this file but no luck unable to change the “Non Continuable stop” shame

Well it seemed to sit there saying importing for ages it new said sucseesfull, should I have waited longer?

Honestly not sure. I got that from the konica knowledgebase..
Just in the instructions it did say you should get the import successful message.
