Hello there! can somebody help me with my problem on konica 7033.
when i turn on the power as soon it is ready to copy, error code 28-1 appears.
for all i know it is a problem on HV1 (Charging) or HV1 board.
the problem is intermittent. could this be a problem on charge terminal blocks?
What might be the solution or remedy to this problem? do i need to reset some programs?

It is most likely the charge blocks as you already suspect, but make sure the grid springs are not stretched allowing the grid to sag and occasionally hit the drum. Also if the grid springs are the original type make that the hook points away from the drum ( into the charge assy).

Block charge leakage!!!

You will be able to deal with the insulation.
