KMBS 4e Flat spots on sep roller keep returning tray 1

C364e Goes through sep rollers like crazy (flat spots) roller only last around 90k.

Torque limiter has been replaced twice.

OEM parts.

A lot depends on the paper stock. Some stocks just seem to wear the rollers more than others.
The torque limiters are not brilliant even when new.
I always spray a small amount of lubricant into them when replacing the rollers.
