Insert the correct Imaging Unit

Hello everyone. I have Konica Minolta CF2002 that says Insert Correct Imaging Unit and close the door. I bought the IU chips several times from different vendors but non worked. I read somewhere that it is the firmware I need to upgrade. I dont even know what or where the firmware is or how to upgrade it. Any help on how to come about this will be highly appreciated. Thanks

Thank you so much. As I am not a technician, i doubt if i will be granted access. there may be another way. I pray that someone in this forum might have come across this or similar problem in the past that will kindly share his solution with me. Thank you as i patiently wait for guidance.
