Hi Guys,

Pardon me for gatecrashing;). I was a konica tech back in the late 2000s and quickly moved to ricoh up til now. I remember we had this certification in konica which is known as WICE for ricoh. Could you guys tell me what it is again? As my memory doesnt serve me well.

TIA
