Use chips or replace the ICP's on the current chips. If you have a tool its probably a reset fuse. But no need to reset these units.

Are you sure?
I have a bizhub 287 asking for a new drum.
Do not display is the choice in service mode.
Manual states that there are two settings via soft switch to change also. Tried that but no go. Firmware is one year old.
Ideas?

Sorry to hijack the post.

The switches needs to be changed before the life runs out.

Disconnect HDD if installed to test and if you can swop out the ram. But firmware should be done first.
