customer stored printer 3 months and white clogged. I know he can put cleaning solution in machine to try n unclog but is there any other way manually to unclog

paper towels with Simple Green soaked in... move PH from docking station... push head back over it... let it sit for an hour... sounds like the head cap is damaged
