Does anyone know the exact location of the sticky pad on the secondary transfer roller solenoid? Manual is vague it seems and I’m not sure if it is on the door under the transfer roller or where.

buried under the duplexing system, inside the door. fun.

The 0094 problem might just be that gears on that assembly are out of timing. Follow the procedure in the service manual for gettng them timed correctly. There are a number of other possibilities as well for the 0094 on these POS machines.

Sorry wish I could be more help. Might be a waste of your time replacing that solenoid, after going through the hassle of replacing it the mach still threw the code.

This model is exactly why Kon/Min should stick with larger machines. This model was a flop, put in same category as the PP1300 series. Most of the good Kon/Min small machines are rebranded made by another OEM, one example comes to mind is Biz 25e which I believe is made by Muratec. A very good small box. Good luck

We usually just replace the door section, only thing that sucks about that is the mile long wire harness!
