What size paper is in the tray? What have you done to troubleshoot problem?

Usually a broken wire on the connector as it plugs into the size block. Easily repairable if you know how to use a soldering iron.

Not that common but had that before where the wire breaks of right next to the connector.
Still not sure how a feed roller fixes a tray size detection problem??
Hate those timing jams J-99XX but it point you in the right direction if the machine tells
you to check paper size in the tray.

Before changing the feed roller, I cleaned the paper tray, feed roller and it keeps continue getting the same paper size

and finally, changed both feed roller and its working fine

Yes you are right, again its revert back to 11X7 size,

after restarting the printer its detect as A3, after a while or while loading new paper it's detecting as 11x7

Please need your suggestions and support to short out this issue, what I will do next

Eish... Its the Width detection sensor on the sensor holder its broken or the wire is broken use a screwdriver to remove the sensor holder to inspect the holder and the sensors the connector and the cable.

If you remove the tray at the back inside the machine.
Could even find a piece of paper in there.
