Task Alfa 3500i NIC and paper feed

Can someone please tell me the correct part number for the updated paper feed assembly on the Task Alfa 3500i? I have 2LC94040 and 2N494040. The latter is more expensive so I assume that's the updated one. Also I need a part number for the NIC on same machine. Cannot ping it, no light at all on NIC, cable from wall good as my laptop connects. I cannot make any sense of the "new" Kyocera website. Looks like someone was seriously drunk when they designed it.

The second part number is for a cassette drawer front.
The first is correct for a 3500 feed assembly. Are you wanting to replace it with a unit with clip off rollers like the later 3501 release?
Try setting your connection speed on the copier manually. It may just be that it cannot auto connect. I’d suspect the cabling over an issue with the NIC unless you have some other reason to suspect it is faulty. The NiC is part of the main board so expensive to replace. Have you tried a crossover to your laptop?

I have not personally tried a crossover, but our tech was there with the customers IT guy and he connected his laptop to the port on the wall with the existing cable. No light at all on the mic. Cannot ping

the 3500 feed unit parts number is 302LC94040 this is not a easy front loading unit like the 45/55

the 4500/5500 feed unit parts number is 302K994021

they are different and will not interchange...
