I am a Xerox tech and I wonder, what is the difference between DRUMS develop drum DU105 and DU106.
Thanks to all.

there is likely a flange and or hardware difference and could also be the coating of the drum as well.
for the price i woulnt risk it. id get whatever the machine calls for.

Thanks Synthohol. My opinion is exactly the same. But I'm still interested in some other opinion.
Thanks again.

The plate at the backend of the drum is different, just swap it with old one and it works fine.
Takes about 10 minutes to do.

I convert DU-105's to DU-106's all the time. It takes 3 seconds with a pneumatic muffler cuttoff wheel.

I have attached photos. This process will save you about $100 each on a C1060L.

They can make it to around 180%, 165% average, I would order replacement to keep on hand around 150%.

I had to change two sets of Du105 with 100k for lines in the print, apparently it is due to a manufacturing defect, the manufacturing date is 01-19.
You who should be this possible
