any one have the parts manual?
i need the 2 white idler rollers to the right of the registration roller.
they have flat spots worn in them.
if you pull out the transport/fuser section.
you can see them on the right on the fixed metal plate.
i did not think to take a picture.

I ordered some of those once thinking it was causing a jamming problem. The new ones had flat spots too.

Since that machine is no longer supported you might not be able to get those rollers.

I have 2 di5510's (same as 7255) in storage, will look and see what those rollers look like. Let me know if you need anything else for that model. Going to scrap these machines and will sell any part you need cheap!

Its the way the are ribbed on the inside they have 6 flattish sides. Also got hung up on those before.
What is the jam code you get?
Disassemble the reg unit and inspect the mylars for cuts or folds.

Yeah agree with allan. After looking at the machine and see the hard white plastic rollers you are talking about I don't think that's your problem. I would look at cleaning the large rubber roller that the white rollers ride against, blow out sensors, clean the reg clutch in front, etc.

cleaning
i did clean the rubber rollers in the feed path from the tray up to the registration.
also replace the tray rollers as they were bald.

it of course is not a contract machine so any repairs have to be pre-approved by the customer.
