Hi I am working on this BH 203. But I got stuck when I noticed that cyan is always changing color on the sent work.... I have adjusted background voltage, Dmax. The iu is in top shape. The life cycle of all units still good. I intend changing the ITB. anyone encountered color changing before?

It would be beneficial to post some examples of these colour changes.

Have you done gradation? If the IU is in shape change the background voltage and Dmax back.
There is always some issues with grey and purple. Try changing print resolution and color settings in the driver settings.

This series does that. We had a customer return the machine. Had Konica Minolta come to our place and was told that this was normal. Changed more than the 8020/8031 series did.

Performed gradation the first time, machine normalized then started all over after three weeks... I noticed a serious tear on the transfer belt... Thought it could be it but no registration problems. GOT THE PROBLEM WITH CYAN. DECIDES TO PRINT SOLIDS ELIMINATE LIGHT BACKGROUNDS. THANKS.

Could be a print head problem.

There are four separate ones on that model, I would try swapping the cyan ph with the magenta ph and see if the fault moves.

Noticed that you said "sent" work. Does that mean that internal patterns are normal and its only when it is being printed to? if so then your issue may be file related.

If it is only cyan being affected, try a new IU. Even if it is in "top shape" it could be defective.
H/V board could also be the issue.
