Hi all,

I went to this one today, the fault was large white voids, the dv unit was empty I can see the blank area of no toner on the roller the machine is not asking for a toner.
I fitted a new toner the machine started to add toner but after 5 mins still asks for toner, powered off/on machine starts adding again then goes into a loop & asks for toner again!? Any ideas!?

Check the toner opening, had a few that it left a film over it, and also open and close the rear fuser door.

Check for a Blockage in the Feed assembly (Hopper) as well. We had a similar issue in our shop a couple of months back, and the hopper was blocked and had to be manually cleaned out.

Two questions
-which toner you inserted
- which drum is inside the machine.
please take a pciture, most likely one of those is wrong.
