urgent!!!
my customrs yellow unit just went on the fritz,
can i reset this out in the field..please help.....:confused:

define fritz? bad copy quality? etc... if its actually doing something bad.... no sense in resetting it. just replace it.

IF the unit is giving the replace message, you can disable the lock out of the unit.

If it's just on the fritz, try adjusting the horizontal and vertical hold. :D

can't find it, i have the field service manual , went into clear counters
and its telling me no on the drum units....

help....!!:confused:

You cannot disable the lock out on CF series. You have to change the unit or reset the chip. Check out my signature ;)
