HELLO
I have several customers who do not pay their service contract and I desire to block(surround) them by an incidental code
Could give me myself a solution
thanks

Unless you own the copier, you really have no recourse other than to discontinue service.
In the US, that would be illegal and unethical.

There are only a couple things you can do:
Stop providing them toner, even for cash. Don't provide any service or tech support. Then time will take its toll, and they'll need service or toner eventually.
At a different company we had a number of customers that were COD (cash immediately after service). Occasionally one of these customers would reneg, and deny payment. These copiers would develope a primary charge problem as I was driving away.

I would change the admin code and the user code then make them pay the bill to get the new code.
