Bizhub 363 supply settings HP Web Jetadmin / FW ?

Hello everyone -

I am attempting to monitor some Konica Bizhub 363's in HP Web Jetadmin software. The software is up to date. I have 2 locations, in location A tray 1 and 2 show supply levels only. In location B tray 1 and 2 also show, but so do drum, fuser, toner, itb and cleaning kit. I would assume the FW in location A is out of date? The local dealer says it is, I think they might be fibbin. Can anyone shed some light on this?

The most current base firmware for the BH363 is G00-D6, which you have. There is likely some special firmware that is more recent, but it is only needed to correct specific issues.

Agree with copier addict.The "latest" F/W for that old model is from 2012 !

Any idea why only the trays are showing up in HP? All machines have the default SNMP v1 public / private.

maybe not all Admin settings.tabs are setup?

been too long for me to wipe cob webs

Have you re-flashed the machine?
Initialize the machine.
Think your MIB could be not the right one or the original.
Or the thing reading it is restricted from getting to it or certain parts of it. Could be private.
Could be a security setting.

Check all SNMP and MIB related stuff.
Try doing it with KM software. Pagescope net care.

No I have not, we have about 30 at location A.
I have all machines on DHCP reservations and address books backed up, not a deal breaker to restore them. Local dealer might have a fit, cant blame them. I will need to locate a how to on initializing the 363.
I have a hard time thinking all 30 could be corrupted.
I thought this as well, I can not find anything to even remotely point to it though through the web interface or the local admin screen.
Done and done, it is set correctly, or the trays wouldn't read. We use SNMP v1 public on all print devices.
I will need to load a copy Monday to test.

I went through stop - 0 - 0 - stop - 0 - 1
Under system 1 - I did an initialize. It did not fix the issue.

When I go into admin settings, different machines have different tabs available, like there is supposed to be 10 tabs, 2 -5 - 8 - 9 are not available, is this what you mean?
