Hello,
Any suggestions for the following problem? (image attached).
Drum unit was replaced last week, toner is more then 70%.
It`s doing this only on Magenta color, all the rest of the colors are printing fine. Thank you.

OK I know some don't like my preaching...
LET's get back to BASIC theory...
yes drum cause voids... marks.. usually ACROSS the page ( depending LEF SEF)
BELTS voids in same pattern
DEVs in all my YEARS ( unless drum scratched then different MM spacing in defect ) will display many other but ONLY DIAGONAL voids
Yes I have been wrong ( God.. too many times ) BUT Xerography is the basic same thru all LASER BASED life forms...

Remove the dev tank and you will find your missing developer to be missing.
Probably due to overrun parts and crap toner.
Replace the dev tank. Or the developer and the chip if you know how.

-=If=- You TEACH a man to fish..he can eat..his family can eat and he can TEACH others how to fish."
that is why sometimes I might seem as obtuse or not familiar with certain equip ( sometimes that is true,, I digress )
and I get on folks " techs " for not giving enough info ** I have worked call-desk for 'puter - copier/printer/fax for NSCU ** Our Contacts KNEW -=not to call=- unless they had required info: Asset#/IP Addy - Complaint - Work done - Page Counts - PQ/CQ_Connectivity_DEAD
If they could NOT provide ALL required info.. they were told to go back get info..call back.
Folks here are/should be Techs ** knowledgeble Owners/EndUsers ** to have to hand hold those that don't have manuals (staple of tech trade.. not matter where) are pissing in the wind.
