CQ issue C552 ?

Mainly work on Sharp, Ricoh and Kyocera. Have manual for this but not finding adjust/calibra for issue.
Issue: On platen glass copy is correct density. Print Engine density correct. However, when scanning the copy is about 3 stops lighter. Glass is clean etc. Only seeing adj for trail lead, magnification etc. not seeing anything re density.

glass is clean.. ok slit glass and white plate too?
you are lookin for copy density adjust.. not ADF

shine a flashlight on the mirrors. if you have not clean them do so. the position under the slit glass verses the scan distance is different.
