Good morning all,

I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to do "separate scan" while using user box. I don't see any setting adjustment when using user box. My customer has a stack of 300+ pages they're trying to send via user box to a program on their system. They need to be able to put all in as one file if possible.

Other option we are trying is to use regular scan mode which has "separate scan" and move it to the program once scanned.

on the Konica if you create a one touch destination and link it to the userbox you get all the scan options as you would if your scanning to a email or SMB

not sure but assume as its just a re badge the scan options would be identical

Utility-Admin settings-one touch reg-create one touch-address book-userbox-New-give it a name, then 2nd page click userbox and find the userbox your wanting to scan to.

once you have create this on the scan screen you can now select the userbox and still use all the same options such as sep scan
