Disable Admin Password for User Settings

Dear technicians,

we have some Konica C224, C454 etc. we resetet it in the Service Mode.
At some of them we have to type the Admin passwort to go into the User Settings.
In some of the copiers the User Settings are free, without need Admin Password.

Do you know were I can make the User Settings "free" for all users??
