Bizhub 420 C-E083

Today got a call from customer with this error after every print or copy.
I have donor bizhub 500 and i will bring OACB to replace if need,first go to try reconnect all connectors,ram...
What is procedure when replacing used OACB,is it only to replace OACB and put back nvram and cf card from customer machine or
I think its same firmware on donor and customer machine.
Any suggestion,never have this before?

The 420 is a dead Zombie. Parts are obsolete so tell them to buy a new one from this century.
That being said most konicas marry the boards and should not be swapped but I wish you luck.
