Fiery IC-412 Problem with KM C652

hey guys, I am stumped with a problem thought someone here could help me with what I am missing... customer had issue stretching the image 4-5mm in one corner of the sheet, confirmed its not a skew, not the fuser, not the ITB or drums. Replaced the laser unit with a new one, same problem. As a last resort I did an initialization of all data in the copier to put the machine back to factory settings. Did not touch the fiery IC-412. After the initialization, reset the controller setting to 1 for Fiery IC-412, now the copier won't connect to the Fiery. Command workstation won't connect to the Fiery either. I am stumped. For now I have the customers fiery bypassed via printing directly to the Emperon. Unless someone here has a suggestion, I am thinking of reinstalling the Fiery Controller Software, but I don't have a copy and as I am an independent tech and EFI and Konica don't want to help me or sell it to me.
