BIZHUB Pro 1051 ( error codes ""0020 and 0413"" )

Hello friends

-Several times a day, machine blocks with these codes

-First 0413 and after that C0020

For run again,needs to be unlocked by unplugging the wall plug and wait several minutes to turn it back on.

Any idea??

and the manuals told you unplug the LIVE machine? There IS a shutdown process you know.?

0020 code does say to unplug the machine for ten minutes. could be bad adu bd or m22 wire could be pinched. 0413 could also be bad adu 1 or adu 2 or powere supply. 24v interlock problem possible . 0020 also states it could be communication problem between prcb and adu bd

The OP hasn't replied to " UNPLUG with unit LIVE" yet.. we ALL know several live unplugs can 'screw da pooch'

I've had users that get an ERROR and yank the live plug....

OP never said he/she unplugs LIVE unit.

Me yanking out connectors never got me into trouble yet. Now plunging them in on the wrong socket now that screwed a pooch before.

unplugging ANY device that has CPU or other sensitive components can scramble memory or fry the chip....

I think you are talking about M32 de-courl motor. Yes I have that note from KM and I had already saw the wiring from the motor to the ADUboard1.
Yesterday I fixed one wire that were pinched from the motor conector to the ADUDB1.
Machine is working ,but sometimes the error comes again.

I ask a new wire kit to the stock parts because I think that could have "more broken wires" in that area.
I already changed the board ADUDB1 for a new one,at the first time I was at the costumer.

Now,my focus are contacts or split wires.

If the problem subsist ,maybe I´ll also try to change the DCPower 3 .

Had this problem . It was a pinched wire on the harness that is on the carriage. Replace harness and it will be ok.
