Have a C554e Bizhub that was purchased second hand. Everything appears to work fine apart from marks being produced on the printouts. Have cleaned the machine in accordance with guides on here and other sites and still getting the marks. The attached image is A4, Portrait and the marks have been highlighted. One across the middle is a thin line, the ones at the top look like rollers (somewhere)! The marks get fainter the more pages you print on a job but return after the machine has sat for a few hours.

looks like your black drum needs replacing.

Replaced it when we got the machine (1 month ago). So 99% life left on it.

Has it been producing these marks since you got the machine? Have you pulled the black drum to look at it? If you measure between the marks it may give you an idea on what is making the marks.

They remind me of staple marks on the transfer belt. Have you pulled the belt out and inspected it for damage?

repeat interval says drum on the dots, the line would take further trouble shooting. as for it having life left damage nulls the life.

Any chance thin lines are only on copies? If so clean optics, glasses.
If not drum or TB cleaning blade.

My vote is black drum. The interval should be 96mm. I suspect it does not appear in CMY.

You'll find a scar in the black drum surface. =^..^=

Marks are 78mm apart. Checked the Black Drum and no obvious damage! So question is, what roller has a 25mm diameter (which equates to a 78mm circumference)?

Change the yellow and black drums out just change the chips over if it still use screws.
If you do halftones at 100 does it show up on the color prints?
The transfer roller and the mag rollers are the closest but can't think that is the problem.

Sure its not the paper in the tray:p

Developing roller is 28mm
2nd transfer roller is 64mm

It doesn't fit with anything I know. Are you sure it's K-black, not CMYK-composite black? Maybe transfer waste toner? =^..^=
