C360 adjusting fuser temperature as it relates to wrapping lower fixing roller ?

Intermittent wrapping the lower roller on a Konica C360 . Not sure if fuser temperature change will correct or just making a Thick paper change will correct fusing issue ?

If it's heavy fill images check that your leading edge void is 4.0 to 5.0mm. If duplexing, also 4.0 to 5.0mm at the trail edge also. =^..^=
