Biz hub C284 colours not lining up

Hi everyone, before I bite the bullet and order a whole print head for a bizhub C284, anyone experienced a problem where the colours are not aligned, and running all the adjustments in the manual make little or no difference?

what adjustments have you ran from the manual, normally a initialisation & image stabilisation is enough...are there any codes when you go into tech rep, whats the consumables life etc... on only one m/c have I had to replace the IDC sensors, which was causing that problem, make sure they are clean, if not you'll get "P" codes. if you have "P" codes, you probably won't be able to carry out any gradation/adjustments properly.

Have same problem with C224e out from the box,few years ago,last delivery of C224e before sale end.
Tried everything in SM,replace transfer belt,drums, to test...no joy.
New PH unit solve problem.
