bizhub 600 toner tank gear problem

i have replaced 3 times the tone tank gear. the gears. the gears does not rotate smothly.what is the cause of it.

Any lego or pixie turds in there?

Cause-> run down dev tank...

Developer pissing on the gears. The bushings wear out and dev gets thru.
Replace the dev unit every 1M prints.

Countermeasure is to change the front and rear bushings out after 500K then you can get more life out of it.
