Hello guys,
I need help with this I started getting two vertical lines a cross all pages on Yellow and Magenta lines. Drums are at 21%. Shortly after this, error C4631 began to pop up.
Any ideas how to resolve this?

What is distance between this white void areas?
Approx 188mm pitch: Damage on the drum surface
Approx 44mm pitch: Developer conveyance failure of developing sleeve

I viewed this print as Ledger (11 x 17) or Full Bleed (12 x 18), SEF. Super B+ (13 x 19) would have larger voids. These are the typical paper sizes used on the presses. =^..^=

near the bottom of the voids there seems to be a mark that may be foreign material stuck somewhere that pushes the mag roller back momentarily?

Measured the lines, it's approx 88mm gap.
I have this on Yellow too. Dev mag roller shows no sign of failure.
Find this very annoying

We've had the drums checked. There was some artifact there, had it removed at the expense of the drums. The problem though is that I have this on Yellow as well, the yellow drums are clean and good.

I've had my share of invisible drum flaws. Swap the drum to another color. If the flaw follows, replace it. =^..^=

So sample is A4 size, lines are in parallel with feed direction, right?

Sample Full Bleed 12x18 and distance between white bands is ONLY 88 mm. And in feed direction?
Somehow hard to believe that from what we can see. Are you sure distance isn't 188mm?
Go swap drums and report back.

Changed the drums. The gaps are gone. It was invisible drum damage.
Thanks everyone.
