Does anyone know the operating systems that are compatible with a bizhub 361, or know where I can find a list that will tell me?

I see that the driver is supported, but my issue is with the scan to smb process. Whenever I set it up with a PC using the windows 10 operating system it issues a server connection error

Time to say them to upgrade or left SMB scan, version 1 is no more supported from M$ due security vulnerabilities. Set up scan to box/ftp or email.

Some info:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/4034314/smbv1-is-not-installed-by-default-in-windows

SMB V1 is full of security holes.
It looks like it can be installed as a separate component, but unless they *really* need it, it is not advised.

Attempted to set up FTP server but copier would not show up on filezilla server interface. Turned on SMB 1.0 and attempted to scan to smb but that also did not work. Suggested that customer has their operating system rolled back to previous operating system.

Thank You Guys!

I have small KM ftp utility and it works for years without problems on all machines.
Long ago i also tryed Filezila, etc without success with ftp scan but this works out of the box with very little adjustment :)
If you want to try that solution ...

Easiest thing is to just use the command line ftp command that comes with Windows for testing at least.

[Edit] Sorry, I forgot that you need to set up a server, not a client. As you were...

I also remember a Konica Minolta program to configure FTP.

It's called FTP Utility Konica Minolta. This is simple and quick to configure.

But the graphic interface is very old

Install, mark autorun on startup,go to ftp settings, set up folder to scan, run aplication, allow access in firewall if ask.
Then set up ftp scan on Bizhub.
Works for me on every KM for years.

Why not just setup and use the FTP server included with windows.
It works well.

I read about that feature in windows 7 but never tryed because this ftp utility is so fast to install and setup and works every time.

True but in some cases there is no other way because of other services running that use port 21 for what ever else.
This also allows for many users or storage locations.
Its not all that difficult and can be quick but that small app stays quicker.
