Hello,
I wanted to consult with a strange problem on a bizhub 308.
The customer signals me intermittently, the printer jams in the tray 1 every day in a random way (code 11-02).
The machine has only 80,000 copies. When I went to check, I saw that every day there are about 1-2 jams. I did the test (paper pass), about 400 sheets, but it didn't even jam once.
I also proceeded with cleaning the rollers.
The positioning of the card is good. They also have a printer like this and have no jamming. The paper didn't change it and I don't think it's due to humidity.
These days, after my test, I saw that it continues to get stuck every now and then.
