I'm working on a Konica Minolta Bizhub C452, and its making loud noises nonstop, when powered on. There are no errors, but when i try to make a copy the paper either jams, or comes out very hot and crimped. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. If you click the link, I attached a video so you can hear the noise.

Funny ... I'm not getting any audio, but I don't think I need any. From what you've said the fuser is the place to start. If you don't know what a fuser is, it's time to hire a copier technician. =^..^=

My guess would be either the Eject drive unit (affordable $60) if you are lucky

Or the Fuser Unit Assembly (not cheap / around $650) if you are not so lucky.

Meter reading on the copier?
Fuser is easy to remove and you can inspect it to see if it turns smoothly
The eject drive unit white gears wear out frequently and cause weird wrinkling, noise, jamming

Call a tech and have it diagnosed properly and hopefully you won't need the fuser.

dont have to buy a whole fuser can buy parts like bearing gears and rollers, but you still need a tech, or someone who knows how to take thing apart and knows what to look for.
ive seen tech who says they are tech, dont know what the hell they are doing, even Qualified ones, they just go by the book, when the book should be burned!!!

but sounds like a bearing i had rollers go bad, one time found an extra roller inside the intermediate transfer unit, with NO bearing in them! the last tech did not installed the bearings!!
wow!
Well good luck.

If you cant trust a tech then who can you trust!!

take a look at the bottom gear circled, usually the axle (hole) wears out and the gears make a racket as they sloppily mesh.
