I have a rash of BH 808 with very light copies!I tried DV,drum ,transfer. firmware HV1 ect.OH IDC senor. Called Konica..anyone have this problem please Help!

Washed out prints:Enter Service mode Image Process adjustment preform initialize + Image stabilization adjustment,Then gradation adjustments is what worked for me.
