If it has the IC-207 installed there are Windows 7 drivers available from the Konica Minolta website.

i dont understand his issue either.

Guys or Gals, thanks for getting philosophical about my simple question, but since you ask here is the answer.

This is the first time I'm serving this customer, they have this machine that they bought 2nd or 3rd hand etc, they said that their IT wasn't able
to connect it to their network, so before I start checking for firmware, driver etc, I wanted to know that it is possible and available.
Now that I know it possible I'll let them know and see if they really want to fix it (by means of a budget).

A BH501 requires an IC chip to enable print. And while yer at it add the optional hdd to make scanning more usable too!

Otherwise you can only barebones scan with a base 501.
