Heloo..i have a problem with print.when i start printing on a4 paper it s work ok.when i start printing on a3 format from cassete or bypass first page is good,then second,third........page have a line like a colour of image unit which is printed.
At first,i tried to fix it with a new transfer belt,then i replaced all image units,transfer roller,cleaned the lamps,cleaned all contacts in machine,check all conectors but after reinstaling i have the same problem.
Is it problem whit gear or pc board?
And this is important...when i printing one page a3 format(first page )it s good.again print a3 format,it s goog.
When i printing 2 or more a3,all pages from secon have a line.
A4 format is good when is printing one or multiple...
Can you have a idea what to do whit his copier?
