Hey all,
I'd like to preface this by stating that I am pretty new to the C3070's. Spent plenty of time on the C6501 series and C7000 series, so now I'm just confused by a few of the slight differences with the new engine. I was working on a C3070 yesterday and noticed some weird things happening with the counter. The Maintenance History List shows 0's for all the Dev and Dev Unit counts, but when I looked in Service/Counters later, they appeared again. Similarly, after rebuilding the transfer belt, all of the counters for belt-related components were showing 0's.
Is this a known issue? Is it by design? Am I an idiot, and I just don't know how to get proper life counters on this box?
