hi to all , (should be a bizhub c308 ) and the problem only comes in color copy. I think it's a problem with the scanner section I installed the machine today , new , with original toner. executed stabilization and gradation of colors etc. Any ideas before calling for warranty? I add one photo, regards

Lines of shame. Run the machine setup from the beginning and they will go away.

you didn't follow all the steps in the setup procedure...

start over....
complete every step -successfully- before moving on....
DO NOT SKIP ANY STEP IN THE PROCESS.

I made the same fubar on my first setup!

Ok.Thanks. But the client called me yesterday for the installation but he didn't know that today another installation technician would come. I did a useless job 🤦*♂️

It happens. That's why we tease other techs with the "Lines of shame" joke. I've been doing this for almost 30 years and every time I set one up I make that first color copy while holding my breath.

You learned something new. We've all been there. Next time you see this you'll know exactly what's up.
