Try looking in the duplex section..If you truly do not see any paper here, then you may have a torn piece of paper blocking an actuator, or a non working sensor. There are 2 sections of the side door, one hides the turnover (duplex) area.

This forum isn't designed to help an end user dig into a MFP to find broken sensors. If you do not see a piece of paper in this section and you are still showing a jam 14 then call a tech.

Then you must be the least trained tech I've ever heard of..This isn't even a trouble code..It's a jam code meant to direct the operator where to look for a jam. If you, as a tech, cannot determine if it's a torn piece of paper, a bad sensor, or paper still remaining in the paper path then you probably should be taking phone calls and sending tickets out to trained techs..

Exactly what I was going to say!

14 is not a jam code. It's a location.
Jam codes are "j##-##"
Look in the jam history if it's not displayed
