Not having too good of luck with this order of C224e's. Got them for real good price and issues were noted so I knew what I was getting into.

Anyway machine will try and start every few seconds. Took off back cover and SSD is missing!

What are my options at this point? If I have to buy SSD what is cost? If real expensive can I try SSD from another machine or just swap to see if it will boot up, not to leave in permanently? Think I've read you can't swap MFP boards from machine to machine but wasn't sure about the SSD?

When I bought it figured would use for parts at last resort but looking at machine it appears to have very little usage so would like to try and get it going.

Nothing else seems to have been messed with.

Thanks for the help

Need a good friend at KMBS to order you an SSD. They'll need the serial # and meter. It will likely be serialized for that machine only, although my friend has gotten some that were not and I think he had more setup to do. If it is then its a quick install & load latest fw on first boot.

You can use an SSD from another model no problem or simply order a new one from KM now available as a service part: 9960P00H02D14P
