Hi there

My c284e started printing blurred colour lines across the pages, what could be causing this?

The print quality and colour is also not what is was, any advice please

At first glance Im guessing something is under the transfer belt cleaning blade?
Oh, wait... looking at this on my phone at first I only saw the darker line & thought the lighter one was logo/letterhead design. Very strange. Maybe scan in a better hi res sample?

Yes classic transfer belt issue.

Simple way to confirm, open the right door & shine a light on the belt (it should look clean)

You can remove the unit & cleaning blade, wipe it clean should resolve the issue.

Jou transfer belt is gefok.

Are you a tech?
Like said before open the door and take a look at you transfer belt.
Best to remove it and inspect it properly.

If you want a real bargain on a machine just like it let me know. You are close enough to help with that from where i am.
Or if you need a transfer belt and other parts from JHB/Centurion.

Would help to know what you have done so far? Looks like the calibration pattern isn't being cleaned off. It would take you 5 mins to pull the transfer belt. Check that first
