Is there a way to change the Access Code for a customer besides setting up a new account. I restored a deleted account with printers that were already using the Access Code but the printers never showed up. Went and looked at the KFS account and the Access Code is different than the original code.

The access code is a one time deal. If you had setup a customer and had the system generate an access code, then delete them the access code that was generated on initial setup is no longer valid. You have to setup a new account with a new access code and then enter it in the device(s). It is a security function.
